To make it easier for you to use our services, we also offer early morning and on-site appointments at an additional cost, and we have a parking lot available at our store. We are committed to spreading the traditional culture of kimono, which Japan is proud of, and helping you rediscover its charm.

Q Please tell me how to pay the fee.

We accept cash or credit card payments on the day of service.

Q Are there any travel expenses?
A

If you use public transport, you will be charged the actual cost.

By car

Within Hachioji city, the fee is ¥1,000

Outside Hachioji city: ¥1,000+1km(¥20)×distance

* Expressway tolls will be charged separately.

Q I'm worried about my clothes getting messed up when I go out.
A

For those who are not used to wearing kimonos, we will also teach you tips on how to keep your kimono from coming undone, as well as first aid in case of an emergency, so you can go out with peace of mind.

Q How long does it take to get dressed?
A

It usually takes about an hour from the time we arrive at your home or place of stay until we leave.

This may vary depending on the type of kimono.

Q Are there any cancellation fees?
A

Changes may be made due to weather or other reasons, but refunds will not be given.
